تم انشاءها عام 1865م، وتقع في مدينة ايوا بولاية ايوا، وهى واحدة من عشرة كليات
قانون دراسات عليا في جامعة ولاية ايوا، وهى اقدم كلية قانون في الولايات غرب نهر
المسيسيبى، وهى واحدة من افضل ثمانية كليات قانون عامة في الولايات المتحدة،
والثالثة من حيث التكلفة للمصاريف الدراسية.
